totally wicked e liquid bad customer service

I ordered and got a tracking number on the 15th since then it has not changed from Electronic Shipping Info Received.So i sent a email to tw they told me i had to call the post office to get a case number so i tried to call usps and when i put in my tracking number there is no record of my item.Well thats because all they have is the Electronic Shipping Info Received.I dont think i should have to do tw job they should find my package for me.This is the first time in over a year of ordering ecig supplies online that i have had a problem with shipping.I would think if it was lost at the post office it would be easy for them to go to the post office and ask them to look for it because it sounds like it never got scanned in.But i guess common sense is to much to ask for.
