Subsequent to placing my first order from the norwegien division of TW, I discovered a document from the norwegian customs administration. Said document, dated 3. june, 2011, stated that all import of liquids containing nicotine was hereby prohibited.
In a frenzy I asked about this, both in TW's english and norwegian forums, I sent an email to TW's norwegian representative, I asked on TW's facebook profile & even called - twice!
I recieved detailed answers in the forums, by mail & on phone. EXCELLENT service I must say. Rune aka Wicked_Viking from TW Norway is a scholar and a gentleman! He explained that the document from norwegian customs is faulty as it's overruled by the EEA agreement of 1992.
