ordered 36mg. menthol, it came a couple of weeks later, i was so excited until i opened the shipping package and realized there was juice all over my hands. emailed them about the problem and they said i could send it back and they would make it up with some carts. I dont feel i should have to spend anymore money on an order they screwed up, it already cost me $56 canadian so i asked them to send me a prepaid packaging envelope and i would send it back. noply since. the reason the juice leaked was despite there beautiful packaging the cap was not tighten, they told me they cant check every box. will never order from them again

Just send it back and you will get your shipping back.

They get inundated with people trying it on and so have a simple returns policy and refunds. Plus they normally add a little in for your trouble as you stated. What do you want them to do, magic a new bottle at your door ?

Either that or do nothing, i doubt they want your custom if you through your teddies out of the pram over a small incident out of thousands of successful ones.

TW are one of the best supplies around. They have had over $800 of my money with never a problem and nothing but perfect service.

I have recently sent back one atomizer out of 16 that was Dead on arrival. No problems, I know they will replace it and cover the charges.

Get over yourself or buy locally if you can.

edit : Sorry if this sounds harsh, but you post came across as a twonk trying to ruin the reputation of an otherwise good supplier.

You know what?? you hit a nerve, I see you are somewhat new to the site, so welcome, But to go and headline TW Totally Sucks, from ONE stupid. minor, nothing of a situation and try to discredit a long standing meaningful, hardworking, dedicated supplier, over spilt juice
Come on pal, deal w/ it and by the way Try to grow up, too,
 
I don't know how the Liquid managed to leak out. All the liquid i've had from TW has been in a Childproof Glass bottle. It takes me about 5 minutes to open the bloody things their so tight. :confused:


childproof tops only work if there first properly tightened, and they told me they cant check every bottle and that i should understand that

This is really weird , because i dont really know whats happening to the suppliers , is it the $ thats getting to them! , because lately i have had some bad experience , i have ordered from Totally Wicked during last weekend , so it was suppose to be shipped on monday "this week ", i dont see why not because the price rate for shipping is actually good ( for them !), and today is Friday and nothing , i live in Europe and not in the North Pole, so it was suppose to be here normally on wednesday , maximum Thursday ,and nothing , well in the beggining of TW everything went smooth to cativat the clients , and now , F em All, thats my 5 dollar thought, cheers.

Wow......I have had nothing but good experiences with TW...I'm sure with proper communication they will attempt to resolve the situation with no additional out-of-pocket expense for yourself!:)The Wiz!

I didn't have much luck with them, either :(

First battery they sent me was malfunctioning. 2 days later I get a reply to send it back, which of course costs me money. But hey, they want it, fine. Wouldn't ship another one until they had it.

Shipped another battery to me, this one arrives DOA. Asked me to send it back and they would replace... again. I wanted a refund, since 1.) I had to order from another seller because they are slow and 2.) I've already sent one back and I don't feel like sending another one so they can send me another possibly defective battery. I offered to send it back but I wanted a refund, not a replacement. They will not refund my money.

I don't like their prices, their customer service (slow), or their return (at my expense) or refund (nope) policy. I originally gave them a try because so many on this forum swear by them, but I for one wouldn not order from TW again.

Inside the cap of the bottle, TW puts a plastic stopper which keeps the liquid from leaking even if it is opened... so I don't understand how it leaked. Did yours have a plastic stopper inside the twist off cap? I had a similar prob with Johnson Creek.. they sent out 4 bottles to me with childproof twist on caps, but NO stoppers underneath! So they just all leaked out (more than half of the bottles). But.. TW always ships with the stoppers in them from what I have heard. Did have one prob with them not responding to email once before.. but it was resolved with additional emails and they made up for it by fixing the situation at no charge to me.

a little over half, dumped the rest on the off chance it was tampered with.

Why dump it? Now you have nothing to send back if you changed your mind. You now have truly wasted your money. Silly Billy! I would have spent the few $$ and sent it back, what would you loose? They would have made up for it. You can chalk this up as "growing up" pains. :cry:

BTW, it is not nice to flame a supplier on an open forum when they responded back with a reasonable reply. They have done nothing wrong. :confused: They need to protect themselves from scammers out there (not say you are one) and now that you through away the rest of the liquid, who is to say that you didn't fill it in another bottle just to try and get more? (not saying you did)
