I was poking around the internet for an update on Totally Wicked's Article 20 challenge to the TPD. I think There was a ruling Two Weeks Ago (04/05/16) which ruled that the question was inadmissible as hypothetical.

I can't find anything from Totally Wicked on this nor any other news. Just wondering if anyone else had details?

If there's nothing burning it's not smoke!!

Vaping is the process of aerosolizing a liquid into a vapor, much different than the combustion of tobacco :)
