Im very impressed, On my first order i was afraid to order on line so i called thier 800 number, Wow Very friendily, I felt like i was talking to a friend. She answered all my questions on the tornado and when i was asking about other vaping hardware out there she didnt bash any of them but explain why she thought i would like the tornado.
3 days later it was at my mailbox waiting for me, I love it and it has been 2 weeks vaping on it and I still love it.
2 night ago i placed a pre-order with them, so we will see how that goes. but i wanted to post how my first order went with them.
