I used to be a 3 pack a day smoker, (cowboy killers). It got to the point where I couldnt walk up the stairs in my house without being out of breath!
As many of us have, I started out using an automatic pen e-cig. I put it away after a few weeks because I didnt really like it and went back to traditional analogs and was back up to 3 packs a day again.
Then one day I bought a 510 and my life was forever changed. I havnt had a cigarette in over 5 years and I cant explain how much better I feel (Physically and Mentally).
