Does anyone know what TR or LC mean on the ultrafire 14500/900mAh batteries ?

Does anyone know what TR or LC mean on the ultrafire 14500/900mAh batteries ?

I'll take a guess after a google. TR=Tritium Recovery. LC= Local Control. There's another used BRC= Beyond Regulatory Concern.... so I think they are radiation control designations. Jim Davis may have better idea.
