Ahh. Isn't the digital age that we live in wonderful. Information instantly accessible at a whim with just a few keystrokes.

Unfortunately, things get ugly when the information you're tracking is snail-mail. I know my shipments are getting closer. I can see it on the interwebz.

Someone please invent teleporting tech like on Star Trek. I can't stand this wait! :p

/wanders off to check the mail again.

i was like sitting in the living room waiting for the bell to rings.. quickly rush down to the door once i hear foot steeps but turns out it wasn't the courier guy..!! the moment u know ur items was with courier guy then u waited, but it took them freaking 4 hours to reach ur house.. damn..!! i wish they could do like what they advertised.. like delivered by helicopter or such.. LOL..

yeah, typical tracking number behavior for me is to stalk the number at least 3 times a day...
if i see that its in a post office in my city, and it wasn't delivered that day...i flip out a little, i admit it.
My wife constantly sides with the post man delaring, "Poor [ insert postmans name here ]"

With USPS it's only randomly updated and it's really not meant to be tracking but used as Delivery Confirmation...although we use it for tracking. I've received packages through USPS on several occasions that the DC info still showed it hadn't left the state of origin. UPS and FedEx are real time but rarely if ever used for what we're getting.

Ditto!

I checked mine 3 times in the last hour.

Checking it more makes the packages come faster right? RIGHT?

if only that were true....

also, i am told that doing something productive makes the time go by faster therefore making the mail come faster....but take that info with a grain of salt.

I think that's true because when I'm on the forum I lose track of time. By the time I finally look at the clock it's beer thirty and the mailman is usually here by then.
