1. Tracking #'s have now been integrated with your Order/Account #. You simply log in, click on the tracking, and track it! Took us a few months to work out the kinks but we finally did.

2. In stock Requests ... Done. Wherever there is a product that is out of stock, you can simply click on the link to email you when back in stock and it will ...

Hey Steve,

Is there any way I can get a tracking number for a replacement order? I was sent a USB charger instead of a USB passthrough and also had a bum atomizer. I received an email from Joanne saying a replacement would be sent but I haven't received it yet. I'm not in a big hurry, but I'm planning to go out of town this week and if the tracking shows that it will arrive while I'm gone, I'll need to stop my mail so the package doesn't set in front of my condo all weekend.

Hey Pam,

Unfortunately we don't get tracking numbers for replacements as they are sent via regular First Class Mail. We only get tracking numbers for actual orders. Sorry about that. Hope it arrives soon!
