tracking & shipping info

Made my first order from TW Monday morning (white tornado and some empty carts).

I'm not at all familiar with their tracking system, but i'm guessing its like all the other sites. Just checked my 'order tracking' tonight and it still says "Paid".

Does TW usualy take a few days to ship out? Was hoping to get it by the weekend before I have to leave town

If it is shipped out tomorrow, what do you think the chances are of me getting it before next week (I live in Virginia). I've never really dealt with USPS, it's always been UPS or FedEx.

they ship pretty fast but their catch up on yoru info fo tracking takes a day or so. give it time, it will catch up to you. I have dealt with them, am an affiliate for them and trust them as a company..

You will receive an email stating that your item has shipped. Once you go to the usps website to check the status of your package, it will say that a vendor (totally wicked)has contacted usps to expect a package but does not mean that your pkg has actually been shipped. Once you see that it has processed thru and left the first post office you are good to go. I ordered on Sunday and have not received anything that my pkg is shipped or usps has been contacted. I think they were moving this weekend? Might take a couple/three days to get situated or caught up...

I placed my order last Thursday afternoon, and I got a status changed to shipped on Monday. This was due to their facility move. My adult son placed an order the same day as I did, but late in the evening. He just received notification that his order was shipped today. It may take a day to catch up, but you will get an email stating there has been an update to your order. It’s really on the USPS for the delivery speed.

I've ordered quite a few things from TW US site and every time I have received my shipment within week. I'm in Louisiana think their US office is in Florida but not sure. They also send an email with your tracking number when it ships as well.

They seem to be really good about shipping and keeping you notified

I also ordered the white tornado and a couple of attys on friday from the US site. However, they were closed for a move, and so it's really the same as if I ordered it monday. I received notification yesterday that USPS received notification. It told me later that night that it had actually left Tampa a little before noon, so there is delay in the notifications, though not much.

If you haven't already, you should receive notification soon I am sure. Based on a past order I received from them, I expect I could get it friday (though it is snowing like mad in this part of Mass...lol.

Fantastic! didn't get any tracking info until Wednesday, but checked the status this morning and it was in town... and now my tornado is charging up Now i think i need to fall back asleep so i'm not "waiting" any longer for it to be ready LOL
