I don't know about France or Spain but I doubt it. Took my Provari in Carry-on luggage to Germany in Febuary. Had zero problems other than airport security looking at it strangely and "running a test" on it to see if it was explosives... Can't blame them, honestly, it kinda looks like a pipe bomb... Disassembled everything, liquids in baggie, battery out, PV in plain sight through the scanner. No complaints other than the "test" but then again, I don't think these screeners in Germany knew what they were doing anyways.. They insisted on running "tests" on my green card as it was in a sleeve that is supposed to prevent data theft and apparently the sleeve set off their scanners.. LOL!

thanks, I made it there and back again no problem... I did "declare" it when asked questions by security since (box mod + carto witha red button) it looks exactly like a cartoon detonator lol
