So I have a Joye Ego, cylinder atomizer and mega cartages’, 1000 mah battery, spare 650 battery, couple of extra cartridges, and extra atomizer and a 10ml bottle of juice in an eGo case.

Last week I went to Chicago from the San Francisco area, with a stopover in salt Lake City.

I decided I was not going to put the e-cig in the checked luggage, in fact I decided I wasnt even going to put it in my carry on ( I usually have my eGo Case in my front pocket )

As this was the first time I was going to travel with an E-Cig I decided to just see how it went in this day and age.

Into security, I put my coat in one plastic bin, my shoes and belt in the second, and in the third everything from my pockets ( including my eGo case ) I unzipped the case and laid it open in the bin so everything inside could easily be seen.

No questions, no problem, same out of salt Lake, same on the return flights a few days later.

Next trip.. Cabo San Lucas Mexico... we will see how it goes.

p.s. no I didn’t use it on the plane, I don’t use the e-cig anywhere without specific permission from the proprietors and as I didn’t seek that on the plane or in the airport I just didn’t use it. I did however go to a White Sox game in Chicago, showed it to security and was told that I could use that anywhere in the park indoors or out, they had never seen one before but once they saw it and how it worked... it was deemed ok by them.
