Well, I have been waiting since the first week of December for my FT order to arrive so I can get wrapping on a real rba and a mech. I have been fiddling with my vamo and vivi nova for months now and I felt like I had tried everything, changing the quick material, micro coils. Really, how much can you do with a nova? But today I was on my way to TN from PA and thought up something (I'm sure someone else must have tried this before) vertical coil. I make a coil the regular way, put the quick thru it and then pass one of the legs down thru the center of the quick. I tried it both ways, outside leg positive, and inside leg positive. I like inside leg positive better. Has anyone else tried this?

Lol. I wasn't big headed enough to believe I invented it. I haven't proweled around the forum that much (kinda lazy). I'm glad I know what it's called now. And yeah very strange vape. It didn't go so well on my protank but I think I was just getting tired.

Just for reference -

Does not matter how fast you build it, it is a Wick(not a quick) that goes through the coil.

Also, Vertical coil works better with a Cotton wrap around and the center open for air flow on a Flow through device.

What is a flow thru device?

Any device, like a clearomizer or Cartomizer, where the Air travels from the bottom through the center to the tip.
In contrast, Genesis style and many Drippers uses a Side Air hole that draws air directly across the wick.
