Almost gave up on vaping. Was happy w/ Riva 510 w/ carts. 3 wouldn't wick after cleaning, was down to my last one. Hot water rinse, alcohol rinse, dry burn- nothings working.

Ordered 2 fancy Joyes' w/ new carts- same thing!! Burning taste, won't wick, will drip. In 2.5 months I've never had to do a mod on a cart. Tried a mod, nada.

Ordered 5 pack of dual coils, 5 pack of LR cartos- kinda hot but work great. I thought most folks went to cartos for xtra juice content. Have alot of you went to cartos because of the inconsistency of carts?

Where are you getting your hardware from? I've had nothing but good to say about atty's from LF.

LF is great, Rivas are great. Didn't mean to bring a vendor into this, was just identifying the hardware. This is a personal problem I'm having with certain equipment. I guess I didn't get that across.

I was trying to ascertain as to whether cartos were less troublesome in general to folks than a 2 piece system. I was a very happy camper w/ 2 pieces until I just couldn't figure it out anymore.

typically when we refer to a "2 piece" system, its the battery and the carto. 3 piece system would be a battery/cart and and atomizer. i did start off with the 3 piece but due to my work it just wasnt convenient to refill non stop. i went to cartos and refilling was less frequent, which was good. i now have moved on to a 3 ml carto (echo 1300) and i couldnt be happier. i think the pv's we use largely depend on work conditions and day-to-day habits and doings....many swear by dripping but for me its just not going to work.

I hated attys and cartos. I knew their must be a better way. Thankfully I found dual coil cartomizers. The day I got those was the last day I smoked. 1.5 ohm, and they hold 60+ drops. never burn. never have to fill (until morning). I fill two with my favorite juices (sometimes three for variety) and thats all I need, other than my battery (1100mAh kGo).

The dual coils have wicked TH and vapor, but the best is the flavor. It smacks you. It reminds me of when CDs came out. 8-tracks and cassettes just never seemed to do it from then on.
