So tonight I thought I would try some juice from a gas station. Why not, right? I mean...the sushi was alright...
Realistically, I wanted to check on options for getting more juice in situations where going home or to a B&M was impossible. Tripl3 is sold in the local chain of Sheetz gas stations. Those in PA, NJ, MD, etc, know these are everywhere. Safe to say there are few places in my area where I'm more than half an hour from a Sheetz, and ergo 10ml bottles of Tripl3.
So I picked up a bottle of Watermelon (cause that has to be hard to .... up, right?) at "1.6%" nic. Got home and took off the plastic wrapper, and was immediately sucker punched by a bubblegum watermelon scent. No PG/VG ratios were on the label, but it seemed to flow like a 50/50 as I dripped it into one of my Kanger Aeros. I buttoned everything up, slapped it on a mod, and braced myself for a flavor that was bound to be reminiscent of a diesel fuel soaked pack of stale bubblegum.
It was okay. Not something I'd be into full time, but the flavor, vapor, and throat hit were all acceptable, and no weird aftertaste or tinge. I'd say I would purchase it again, maybe in a different flavor, should I ever find myself away from home with a dry tank.
