I will also try to post all new information in the threads themselves so that "graphically-challenged" folks can get the information too, but they are going to have to sort through it to make sense of it.

Please use this thread to ask questions. Many of the questions will likely be interesting to other readers of this thread. If you know the answer to someone else's question, feel free to jump in and answer it.

I will try to monitor the thread at a minimum of once a day. If I'm going to be away, I will post an announcement.

Feel free to post both compliments and complaints. Pour on the complements . Post them here and in the ECF reviews. I do want to hear your complaints too as things can and will go wrong. But let's keep the the tone of any complaints on a business-like level. If there are any problems, I want to fix them. The only way I am going to be successful is if my customers are happy and they keep coming back and they refer their friends.
