Welcome to the Tropical Vapors Information Thread.

I have avoided doing this up until now as I couldn't figure out a way to keep the first page current without having to constantly bother the moderators to update it. I think I've got it figured out and I'd love to know what you all think.

I will be posting:

• Announcements

• Winners of previous contests

I will also try to post all new information in the threads themselves so that "graphically-challenged" folks can get the information to but they are going to have to sort through it to make sense of it.

Any information showing on this first page should be current. Even if it isn't, I will honor it unless it is a blatant typo.

Please use this thread to ask questions. Most of the questions will be interesting to other readers of this thread. If you know the answer to someone else's question, feel free to jump in and answer it. I will try to monitor the thread at a minimum of once a day. If I'm going to be away, I will post an announcement.

Feel free to post both compliments and complaints. Pour on the complements . Post them here and in the ECF reviews. I do want to hear your complaints too as things can and will go wrong. But let's keep the the tone of any complaints on a business-like level. If there are any problems, I want to fix them. The only way I am going to be successful is if my customers are happy and they keep coming back and they refer their friends.

For the Saturday contest: My current go to cartos are clearos (I just don't like the "filler" material). I regularly use ego F-1s, Vision eGo clearomisers/"Stardusts", and 3.5ml Vision "extremes"/"xpressomizers" (name depends on vendor). I prefer 2ohm, but am more than willing to go with 2.6 or 2.8 since I'm vaping @ 4.0 to 3.7v. Dual coils are just not my deal.

Sorry about that but most of the contests I will be running in the near-term will have some kind of social media component as we are new and are trying to get awareness of our site. Before I started this business I was not a Facebook user. I never did see the attraction but they do drive a lot of site traffic. I had a throw-away type of account for this type of thing.
