First off, please let me apologize if this is a banned subject, but I've got a bit of a problem with Focal's cart / checkout system. I'm trying to order an item from their USA warehouse section. It allows me to add it to my cart and I can get to the first step of checkout, but when I try to add a coupon code, I get the message "coupon already exists" and get no discount. When I select the US as my ship-to country, my total drops to $0, but the item is still in my cart. I can click through to PayPal and pay the full price, but I would like for the coupon code to work so I can save a few dollars. Am I doing something wrong or is their checkout system broken for USA warehouse items? If I put the same item from their regular stock (China? Singapore?) in my cart, the USA warehouse item vanishes and the coupon code works as it should, but the shipping appears to be from singapore instead of USA. I don't understand this at all. If anybody knows how to make this all work, please let me know.
