Trouble with Ecig Avenue

Hello there. I've been vaping on a cheap ecig that is wearing out. I thought it was time to order a new one. I ordered an iTaste MVP 2.0 from Ecig Avenue more than 4 days ago and I have yet to receive a confirmation email. Does anyone have any experience ordering from them? Will I eventually get my email and my package? Or should I just buy from somewhere else?
