LOL really just messing with you :p Im gonna order some juice from you anyway to try it out. Ill add it to the notes if someone remembers its a bonus if not I wear glasses and have like 10 of those kits LMAO....... But then I can say I have the authentic Buzz screwdriver :p

I havent had a problem with the 901 threads but I almost always have my adapters on. I really wish I could find a 901->808 adapter that had the slot in the center post though.... Has anyone ever seen one?

No problem Ruppy , I have not seen an 808 with a slot in the center post , you could mod one with a dremel cutoff wheel ( fiber type )

Thats what I was thinking. I have a pile of them OTW. Figured a solid dozen I could get at least one right. I have a fresh pack of wheels for my dremel in stock :) I have a substantial collection of dremel supplies since thats what I use for details on my Ice carvings at work.

I think they are too but which ever way the mold or that part of the process needs attention. It wasn't even a V4L carto that I was using so it's happening to others too. But I think all the carto housings begin at the same place.

This 5C. I get my cartos from Bruce...so we've all gotten shoddy cartos from a different vendor. It's not their fault, they are coming from China that way like Mike said.

I appreciate all of the input. I really like my Buzz. BUT, if I have to use an aftermarket adapter anyway, I could have save $15 AND JUST USED AN 801-808 adapter instead of using a Buzz cap. I do not like using aftermarket adapters as they are mainly POS's. Has anyone else had luck with an 808 carto on a Buzz 808 cap?

I have an 808 native cap on my BUZZ and have had no problems with cartos. I use IKV Mega 808's, V4L CoolCarts, and BOGE 3ohm cartos. If the draw is hard I just slightly loosen the carto to increase the airflow and it works fine.

The wifes 808 works fine as it came. It works better with the adapter though. ;)

Cappa we can send you some slotted screws this should help that way there is a defined slot for air flow ( In fact I think I will tell them to start using them instead ! ) I have not had a problem with 808 's but that does not mean all of them will work.

if you can find small Metric screws it is a 2m x.45 x 6mm long.

Mike, I was not about to start sanding my Buzz 808! Nor will I sand my V4L 808 batts. I will just force an adapter into any stubborn carto. If it works, fine, if it doesn't, all that can go wrong is ruining a carto and/or an adapter.

I think it's all a moot point once I get my hands on the mega 808 cartos. It sounds like they don't have these issues. I probably won't need the 901-808 adapter on those either.

That's the one I had to use the pliers on, (((BUT))) I've been using them for awhile and it is the only one I've had that trouble with. I suppose even they get an odd one every now and then.

Oh and here is my stats on not smoking.
$2,432.41 saved and 6,081 cigarettes avoided!

I stand corrected! Oh well... but maybe I still won't need the 901-808 adapter. I'll just use them for clearing carto threads out!

That sig of mine is wrong. I started it before I bought my Buzz and several other items. I've about broken even to date. The ash clouds avoided number is right though. :vapor:

I have learned from my wife that I have a problem with my Buzz now.

I have it on a lanyard and my wife tells me it looks like a permanent fixture on my chest when I am not vaping. So I stick it inside my shirt sometimes so she doesn't see it. The good thing is she KNOWS it is what keeps me off cigarettes, so it's all good. No fears Mike....It is THE best PV for me to vape with. The Best. :thumb:

When I was gathering all of my business related receipts the other day for my accountant I found the box where I've put every receipt from vaping related purchases from the last year. I added them up and subtracted the total from the $3,000.00 I would have spent on cigarettes and found that I've saved over $2,100.00. Yeah, I spent under $900.00 over the last year. That includes all of my mods, attys and cartos, mod making parts and juice mixing supplies. Unless you were paying next to nothing for smokes, you will definitely spend less in the long run. :)

Oh yeah, I included batteries in that $900.00s too.
