Trouble with the Boise USPS facility

Has anyone else had delivery issues with packages going through the Boise, ID USPS sorting facility?

I have ordered twice from ElectoNicstix, and they were prompt sending the packages, but then when it gets to the Boise USPS sorting facility there was a delay on the first one, and I still haven't received the order on the second...over a week now with the same "Acceptance," tag. Both were 2 day Priority Mail, and USPS has been contacted about the latest issue. Is the USPS Boise facility known as a,"BlackHole?"

Again, this is not a problem with Electronicstix, but with the USPS Sorting facility located where the warehouse is...

I live in boise and ive neverhad any problems gettin my mail through usps now fedex on the other hand can go to hell lol

Yes, we at ElectroNic Stix are aware of this problem happening with USPS and we are looking into other means to ship packages.

I had a problem my self. I ordered on the 2-14-14 and electronicstix shipped on 2-18-14 was suppose to receive the package on 2-20-14 but did not receive my package till 2-24-14.

We are extremely aware of this problem with Boise USPS sort facility. We have spoke to the top dogs at that location, and they are going to find a fix to the problem. If no fix is found, we will look into other logistic companies to ship for us.

I haven't had any troubles with the sort facility in Boise, but mine are incoming not outgoing. I've ordered from numerous vendors but not Electronicstix. The online tracking system with usps is damn near spot on 90% of the time for me. Sorry Skym57

The problem that we have is the package tracks just fine until it "departs usps sort facility" then they just disappear. It happens to about 10 parcels a week. Normally they go missing about 3 days then show up just fine. But its always after departing boise sort facility. We never had this issue when we shipped from Utah.
