So - I know the Saber has a warranty but I want to know, prior to contacting Sir Lawrence if there is anything I should double check if it's not working...

New batteries - verified that they are fully charged.

It was working last night - beautifully I should add.
Woke up this morning and nothing - I've changed cartos, tried an atty, double checked the batteries again, cleaned the threads...

did I miss anything??

*sigh*

Love my purple saber - I want it to come back to life :(

First question:
Are you touching either end cap while you touch the sensor?
Second:
Do you have a meter that you can use to check out the voltage coming from the ST?

Which version do you have BTW?

Ok - so here is another - weird - development...

I use cartomisers - have three different kinds - hard top boge, soft top boge, soft top slb...

seems that it's ONLY the hard top boge that work - but only SOME of them (so you know I have one box of each...so - the hard top that work and the hard top that don't came out of the same "batch" so to speak

the only 510 atty I have is a knock off and doesn't work so I can't test that route...

I can't even BEGIN to guess why two carto's out of the same box have different results - but I guess this means it's NOT the saber....

I wanted to let everyone know that this issue has been resolved - Sir Lawrence was wonderful and advised me to adjust how tightly I was putting the Carto's into the Saber... it seems that by losening some of them up they will work

When I got my ST I was tightening the atomizer way to tight. I managed to force the center pin out of the silicon grommet. Luckily I was able to get it back together without needing to send it back.

So don't feel bad, you aren't the only one who was tightening too much.
