On the 27th of Feb i purchased the m401 and was looking forward to the transition to vaping. i never received a tracking number, email confirmation , not anything. checked my credit card and it showed that $42.97 was deducted and the next day it showed it was posted(completed and payed). I went back to truesmoker.com to look at the contact us section and found the website has been froze and shut down. searched onlline tracked down the phone # and instead of a business voicemail i got the recording that it was the sprint voice mailbox rechecked to confirm the number and tried again ,same thing. I have sent emails called repeatedly and in 8 days have not heard anything.:(

Hello, first of all contact your credit card company immediately and have them dispute that charge. They will take it back for you then dig into the matter. They will contact you in a month or two to let you know what is going on. Ive been there, not with e-cigs but printer cartridges. Im sure someone here will have more information on Truesmoker. I dont use them, I use Vapor 4 Live and Bloog, smooth transactions with both. Good luck. Let us know what happens.

Thanks for the report and sorry about your money. I don't know if they are a trusted forum supplier. But it would be helpful if you got 5 total posts/replies, wait an hour for your status to update, and then post this also in wherever the supplier reviews are kept:

Did you use a credit card? If so report it to the credit card company. If you used Paypal, Paypal does not allow the purchase of ecig items with Paypal - it violates your user agreement. So I would be a bit afraid of losing my Paypal acct if I reported that.

These are the most popular hardware vendors
LiteCigUSA.net
Liberty-Flights.com
Cignot.com
And I have also used:
MyPVShop.com (where my first ecig M401 came from)
VaporLeaf.com
VaporJunction.com
Vapor4Life.com (for model KR808D-1 stuff)

I actually do not recommend M401 unless you are an ultralights smoker or light smoker of lights and willing to deal with tiny carts. Nice flavor when it's wicking well but you do need to mess with the cart alot.

Thanks for the responses, yeah I chose truesmoker because all the reviews i could find on youtube talked about them and i was under the impression they was the largest supplier. I contacted my credit card and disputed the charges and they are sending me some forms to fill out.and @dormouse thanks for the info on the m401 from what i found on here today i think i will be purchasing the 510 i heard it has easy parts to find and provides good vapor.

Please come back and let us know how it is working for you.

I have friends that smoke, some more than I did, some a lot less, and just because this eGo-T is working for me, it might not be best for everyone ( it does take a little fiddling )

so I am watching what new folks say about others.

I am happy with what I have, but interested in other new folks impressions of other stuff... like the 510
