On the 27th of Feb i purchased the m401 and was looking forward to the transition to vaping. i never received a tracking number, email confirmation , not anything. checked my credit card and it showed that $42.97 was deducted and the next day it showed it was posted(completed and payed). I went back to truesmoker.com to look at the contact us section and found the website has been froze and shut down. searched onlline tracked down the phone # and instead of a business voicemail i got the recording that it was the sprint voice mailbox rechecked to confirm the number and tried again ,same thing. I have sent emails called repeatedly and in 8 days have not heard anything.
