How many people do you trust? How many people do you trust completely? How many people do you trust to put your life into their hands? Over your lifetime, how many people have hurt you so deep that you felt you'd never recover? I've been through one of those experiences within the past few weeks. I never thought it would happen, but it did.
Trust is fragile. Some people never recover. Others can forgive repeatedly. It's all about Whom you trust. I was praying and telling the Lord that I won't be able to trust this particular person again. He said, "Trust Me." I do. I went further into my search to find out where does trouble arise from? satan...true. But as someone told me, satan always uses emotions to attack us. To utilize a known man in history, King David walked out and saw Bathsheba taking a bath. Lust began to fill his heart. His lust cost a beloved patriotic soldier his life. Bathsheba got pregnant. For the full story I have typed the Scripture here. (2 Samuel 11.)
Now, look at your past (don't dwell there) to see where trust issues arose from. It could be parents, spouse, best friend, girlfriend, boyfriend, boss, employee, etc. Things are said and done and it blows up like TNT.....and you're standing there, overwhelmed with your mouth hanging open thinking, "Just what did happen? I don't understand????!!!!"
And on top of all of that, I BROKE A TOOTH AND GOT ANOTHER BLADDER INFECTION! I don't understand it, but I trust Jesus.
