Trying to duplicate or come close to a freedomsmoke flavor

Hey all
I have been playing around with diy for a few years off and on.
For the past few years I have been using freedomsmokeusa's maxx-blend (maxboro)

does anyone know or has anyone come close to this flavor.
I have tried many different ways with the maxx-blend concentrate but cant seem to get it right.
I had tried some of their liquid a few years ago and it had a more honey flavor to it than the current one which is what I really want.

The reason the flavor may be different from a few years ago is that Flavour Art removed diacetyl from most of their flavorings. That is what gives a buttery or custard type note to the flavors.

ETA -Oops, I see that you have already used this flavoring lol Maybe try adding a little honey flavoring if that is what you think may be missing?

That buttery custard note may be what was in the very first one I had tried which was from a few years ago and the current one from FSUSA is different now than before.

I think I need to just start playing around with the percentages more
