I received an empty box from MFS. I was excited to get my order a day early, on Wednesday. Brought my package inside, opened it up (it was sealed well), opened my batpack kit up and there was nothing but a replacement head in the box. No mod, no tank, no batteries. I immediately called the number on my slip, but didn’t get an answer, so I emailed, but didn’t hear anything back yet. I’d just like to get a response from someone there to let me know that they got my message since they want you to contact them within 48 hours (I believe it is) if you have a missing item. And obviously I’d like a replacement.
