I'm sorry to hear about your mom as well. As a pack a day smoker for 27 years, I feel for you. Even the fears of death could not dissuade me from smoking. However, for the past two days, my e cig has. I have not had an analog since I started vaping. We begin the journey of trading one vice for another, but hopefully this one will be better for us than the last. I don't want to smoke, but I love vaping! I don't miss my analogs at all!!!!! My husband is making fun of me, but I can live with that! I am a happy camper these days!!! Best of luck on your journey!!!!

I know exactly how you feel about your mom. Just enjoy every minute you can with her! I miss mine terribly. I was so blessed to have them as long as I did, but you're never ready to say goodbye. My daddy was 95 1/2 years old when he passed and my mom would have turned 86 the month she died. She died of lung cancer. Give your mom a gentle hug for me!! 
I too, am sorry to hear about your mom. I lost mine in Febuary after a long bout with stomach cancer. I just know she would be very proud of me for quitting analogs after 35 years. Hang in there, it gets better every day.
