Does anyone here think there will ever be some perfection with these things so people can't accidently dump their tank? I have done it numerous times (not even thinking) with my Inferno with a 4ML tank where I have picked it up by the drip tip or by the tube itself and everything went...or it accidently dropped on the floor and got bumped out of place and juice went everywhere.

I wish there was some way to lock the carto in place so it could not be removed unless done so manually/on purpose...but I suppose it's impossible to do? It makes me scared to take these things out of my house.

I solved that problem by getting a phiniac tank that fits tighter on the carto. Also, before I got my phiniac, I found that a tight fitting drip tip with the bottom part being bigger than the hole in the tank helped to keep my DCT tank in place. It's a ming drip tip if you want to try a cheaper option. It stays in the carto really well and the wide base of it at the bottom prevented the tank from sliding up and spilling all my juice (happened 3 times to me, so I feel your frustrations).
