Very true
@Vapedog. That is the answer to the common problem the world faces in this day and age. People seemingly just don't have the time to stop and contemplate their own existence, and/or how to relate to others. We all fail regularly, and its not that easy to get forgiveness and understanding from others anymore. The world has changed in soooo many ways in my lifetime.
On the flip side though...when someone prove themself time and time again to be underhanded, risky mischievous and downright disrespectfull towards others, I have learnt to drive a stake in the ground. There comes a time when its obvious that change for that individual will not be happening. Mostly because they don't even realise what they're doing....! You more or less come to know what to expect, without being judgemental about it.
In our daily lives its rather easy to live past that if its a ordinary person...if we really want to that is.
When it comes to a the President of the USA, its not that easy to ignore, as the consequences of his actions...or inactions can have a direct impact on the world stability and economy (and my life). That worries me. The last time the US economy fell (2007), I was financially hurt. That made me realise then how vulnerable this modern world with its intertwined economies are nowadays.
What this world needs is more responsible leaders.
