I bought a couple cheap no name ego type (and probably got what I paid for:oops:) vv batteries on ebay.. a 900 and 1100 both vv's. you change the voltage via the button not a twist on bottom... But cant for the life of me figure out how to turn them off.. I had emailed the seller a couple times with no response... does anyone have these type of batteries and know how to turn off? I dont take them with me since any slight pressure on the buttons turn them on.. I am going away next weekend and would like to take them with me, but am not comfortable packing them in my purse or carry on since they dont shut off..

Any clue would be appreciated :D

Sounds like a Kgo. I had one for a while. Here is an example of it. Mine was also a pass-through. You can't turn these off. I would just take off the juice delivery device for transport. It is pretty safe then. The nice thing about it is it goes up to 6 volts instead of 4.8 like the Twist or Spinner. Best of luck with it!

Not the same.. It only has one button where the usual ego button is, it has the bars as the kgo has and its NOT a pass thru..

these are similar to them.. Ego Vv 1100 mAh Battery LED Glow, Changeable Voltages | Nola V Pen Wholesale

I've never seen that battery before. The only thing I can add is what I said before, transport the battery not connected to anything. You can also get carrying cases like this pretty cheap at a lot of vape stores. That will help keep it secure.

thanks for tips..

I do have a case (its a hard eyeglass case) that I can carry in... there really is only one local store and they carry minimal supplies.. Not enough time to order on line and get in mail..

I emailed the seller again and the folks at the link I posted, no response from either (yet) hopefully one will answer me..

Thanks again :)

Before an on-off switch was available, I just learned to give my carto a little twist off. Disengaged like this, the power has nowhere to go, so no danger.

If it is still clicked and the light comes on, there is no danger, and the battery is not losing alot of power. It's sort of just a flashlight then and can power that little button light for many, many hours.
