TVS Diablo topcap disassembly..help

Anyone here knows how to disassemble the top cap of this mod? The tvs diablo



Here it is from the inside..



It has a floating pin, but when I try to remove the pin something from the inside is stopping it from fully releasing..

I just really need to take the positive pin out!

does it just lock because of threading? if that's the case gently keep applying pressure until you unscrew that thing
