I'm glad you posted this question, I've been wondering too. The Twist is more in my price range, but I've read of so many problems with it not charging correctly, and a few where it would shut off (or wouldn't shut off), that I'm nervous. Is it just that those issues seem to be posted more often or is it a common problem?

Ocelot, I read about the "not turning off" problem with the twists recently. I have two 1000 mAh and one 650mAh twists and have not had any problem with them at all. They charge well and last a long time. I have also heard good things about the Provari but have not purchase one. I am satisfied with what I have for the moment. I have had the twists for a couple of months now. I think I read that the issues were with a certain type of tank being screwed on the twist too tight...

So a safe buy would be the starter kit with the extender cap and buy the better batteries later. Also, is it worth $13 for the blue display?

I personally got a mini for on the go, the extended cap and bigger battery for when I get home, and a charger. As far as the display, it's all subjective. For me, the blue is easier on the eyes (especially in the dark while watching a movie, etc), and looks less like an alarm clock from 1977. :D

I just bought a Provari today, got tired of buying twist batts every few months. Also, I did not get the 5% off, where did you see that?

In the labor day sales thread, use coupon code laborday.

What color did you go with?

Just the regular satin finish. As I get older, I become more pragmatic in my decision making process. My thought process was if it gets scratched up (and it will), it will barely show.

Did you buy from provape?

Yes sir, I did.

My take would be buy both... lol.. one for portability.. one for home use. I wouldnt want to take a provari out unless im going to a vaper meet or something.. they are $$

Meh, it's tool just like any other tool to me. Plus, I bought the extended warranty. :D

I have 2 twists and just got my Provari. As the Provari is expensive and quite heavy, it will stay at home where it is safe. The Twist is great to carry around, take to work, etc. get both. You won't be sorry.

The Provari is the battle tank of vaping. My provari has survived multiple 6 foot drops to concrete. Narry a scratch on her.

None of my ego devices survived more than a couple months of my mill job.

I cant make my mind up lol. Mini with 1 battery each and charger extended cap blue display $231.80, Full size same setup $235.80 starter kit with 1 extra battery and cap $259.85. All prices before discount. HELP

Get the full sized one with the extended cap and 3 18650's. You can't have too much battery life. It seems huge at first. In 3 days. you won't notice the size.

I tried explaining that to my first girlfriend. She didn't buy it either.
