Twisted Coil

Just wanted to know what folks think about using twisted coil, and a good place to get twisted 26g or 28g twisted coil.

I lovetwisted coils. As to buying them premade wotofo sells pretwisted 26 awg rolls

Do you have wire?? Make your own, the only tools required to make your own twisted wires are; a wire coat hanger and a weight. You will need some wire and a screwdriver to make all the coils you want.

A drill and vise grips work very well, I can twist up 10 lengths in minutes.

I suppose i could add that i use 26 awg and i twist with a small screw type hook,secured in a drill and a pair of pliers.

a small electric drill or electric screwdriver and a pair of pliers work really well for making twisted coils. I recently started playing with them using 30 awg wire to make 1.4 ohm coils

I don't use a drill because I like to control the twist pitch.
