I'm new to building but yesterday I bought a twisted messes rda. I built 24g 6 wraps @.25ohms. I'm getting clouds but not a lot of flavor. What's a good build for clouds and flavor?

Do you own a drill you'd be willing to use to spin coils & thinner gauge wires (32g&up)? You could make a 24/32g clapton or something like that. Pretty easy to make & while it'll give you a slower ramp time, you'll get more flavor.

I bought some permade ud Clapton coil. Just had troubles keeping there coils pinched together

Flavor production is very closely linked to atomizer design and particularly coil position. Try moving the coils as close to the posts as possible and slightly higher than the airslots.

The twisted messes is not really known for flavor. If you really want to kick the flavor up a notch you have several options: increase the surface area of your build, dialing up the power, or build lower resistance coils if you are using a mechanical device. If you use a regulated device, you can wrap 24g around a 3mm driver 10 times and dual the coils. Push up wattage until your voltage gets to around 5 volts.
P.S. I know i am gonna get a lot of crap building low but as long as you build within your batteries limitations, you will be fine.

To be honest the messes is a cloud chasing rda, massive airflow

You could get flavour but the cloud production would be less but that's personal preference

As above get some twisted or Claptons in it to increase flavour

Put a regular (preferably long) 510 drip tip in there and shut down the airflow. You'll at least get better flavor with the build you already have in there. Next best is what Tom suggested (fused clapton imo)

I run my twisted messes with about 1.5 holes of airflow with a 510 dotmod drip tip. If you've never built fused Clapton's you could alsway buy a set. With the proper maintenance they will last a couple of months easy. Not so bad for $10 and the amazing boost in flavor.

Not sure how many actual twisted messes owners are chiming in - but flavor chasing has more to do with the build of a dripper than the brand (imo) a couple people in here hit the nail on the head - you should build at lower resistances - like .8ohm

Maybe like 10 wraps of 30 gauge would be a good starter -

In my opinion the best thing for flavor chasing (and you also blow thickkkk clouds) is to use clapton coils - there's always going to be RTA/tank systems with mouth to lung hitters that are more ideal for flavor chasing, but you have an awesome RDA with twisted messes's rda - so my advice would be to skip building your own coils (as an experiment) and buy a set of these:

Premade ReadyCoil 5 Pack Clapton Coils - 0.6 Ohms

there are other places to buy pre-mades - but I would highly advise buying a premade first, becuase claptons take awhile to master - and don't go through all the wasted time learning to do a clapton (which is what I did, but ultimately I fell in love - i got lucky) my first claptons I made myself were absolute crap...

So get some lower resistance claptons - and give it a whirl - the ones I linked are .6ohm which is perfect entry to clapton - not too crazy. Another thing is that they last FOREVER - just remove your wick, burn off all the gunk, rinse, burn, wipe, rinse, burn and they'll look brand new. I usually keep my claptons in for 30 days, then switch out for a new set...

you could always just turn down the airflow that is always a good first bet.
