Twisted SS316L Twist Pitch

im using SE to calculate some different builds for twisted ss 316L. One of the inputs is for the Twist Pitch. How do I come by this number?

Never mind. I googled it and came up with a thread from 2015 from here of course. Why I didn’t just do a search I dunno. My brain is a mystery to me too. Lol !
