My everyday vape is usually a kayfun Lite+ on a Provari Mini with 2 spare 18350's in a case in my pocket. It's filled up before I leave in the morning and I carry the bottle of juice, plus a small screwdriver with me.

But! What if it suffers a catastrophic failure? What if I lose it? Whatever the reason, SHTF moments happen, and for that moment I keep a spare with me at all times.

My spare is currently a fully charged eGo twist with a Mini Vivi Nova tank that is with me. Car charger for the eGo in the glovebox. One day, my spare will be an exact replica of my everyday vape, but for now, the eGo and Vivi Nova give me peace of mind.

Do you believe in my motto? What's your SHTF vape?

Two is one and one is none - my mantra, too.

Only once in my nearly 9 months sans cigarettes have I been woefully unprepared - my 18350 battery case had fallen out of my briefcase before heading to class and a single 18350 wasn't going to cut it, so I bought a crappy disposable from a head shop. An 18650 would have lasted...

Attached to my briefcase is a tiny case containing a disposable 510 dripper, some cotton, and some juice. A mini screwdriver is attached to my keychain, and I typically rock at least 2 extra batteries for my Provari and an eGo Twist with a PT2 Mini or an Evod in my briefcase, too.

For quick trips to the store or whatever, I just make sure to put in a fresh battery before I go...I could make it home okay if my Provari or tank failed.

Your phrasing and acronyms leads me to believe you may be familiar with arfcom...

Lol I guess you know my other passions. Though the thought process applies to all aspects of life.

I don't frequent arfcom as much, though you'll find me on M4C, 1911, and USN a lot.

My backup for my Mini Provari with a Kayfun Lite Plus is a Standard Provari with an IBTanked pyrex cartotank.

GASP!!! Did you just say the KFL is the primary and the carto is backup???? When did this happen???? lol

For myself, I usually take a couple of mechs, several kayfuns, a couple of cartos, and the mvp. (and batteries.) Over prepared? maybe! lol

 Yeah, I'm generally known on this forum as a cartotank vaper. I still love them and use them everyday.

However, I got a Kayfun Lite Plus about 6 weeks ago and it is now my "go to" juice attachment. It is a flavor machine, as I'm sure you know already. This old dog can can still learn new tricks. :D

I'm not alone. PBusardo has been asked if he had to choose only one battery device and juice attachment, what would they be? Answer: Provari and a Kayfun. For someone who has at his means to nearly any setup, that speaks volumes to me. He has been spotted a few times at recent vape bashes sporting the above setup.

I carry 2 mech mods with me when I go to work. One with a KFL+ on top for the commute and backup, the other with that day's RDA of choice. I also carry 2 spare 18650 batteries, cotton, screw driver and a few juices for the dripping. This set up has yet to fail me, but when it does, I will probably consider leaving something extra in the glovebox just in case.
