Two questions; RBA changing my vaping style? And, stacking 350's in AVP

For anyone who has recently switched from thanks/clearos to RBA's/RBD's, did you notice much less need to "draw" or "pull" than from the other options? With my Vamo + KFL clone, I can just fire the battery and let it flow into my mouth and then lungs, rather than having to pull on the vapor. The airflow on this clone is *perfect* for me, not too tight and not too airy for when I do pull on it but I find it most enjoyable when I just let it do the work. Maybe I've just been vaping wrong this whole time, lol :)

Second question is based on a battery post I saw yesterday. I currently stack 2 350 batteries (Efest IMR) in my Vamo, but they say not to do that in the thread I read but it was mostly focused on Mech Mods I think. Just curious, I don't want to hurt my batteries by stacking them. I'm not really feeling a Mech Mod at this point though I will probably pick up a SemoVar in the near future, for whatever that's worth.

Thanks for any input!

Without all that liquid sitting on the coil it can heat up better so it would make sense there's less need to draw on it. As far as the stacking of batteries, the concern is if one is stronger than the other (usually because one is newr than the other and holds a charge better) it will start charging the low cell and you can wind up with thermal runaway. If you're going to stack batteries, you need to start with new ones and "marry" them. Always use those two batteries together so that they will degrade at the same rate.

Re: RBA draw... totally variable depending on device.

Re: Batteries
It's a good idea to check the battery voltages too...make sure they are balanced...even if you keep them in pairs.

The main concerns are with shorts and improper batteries....stacking batteries makes the "boom" thing more likely since it pushes more amps due to the doubled voltage. More or less super-overloads the battery that would have been overloaded during a short in even a single battery config.

The good news is that the vamo has short circuit protection. The bad news is that an internal short that bypasses that protection is a baaaaad thing. But then, it's bad for flashlights, and any other device that stacks them.

If there's room for a vape safe fuse or some such that may give you added peace of mind. Just make sure it doesn't block the vents and doesn't fit too tight and cause other problems. Check the amp limits and the vamo forum to see amp draws to make sure you can use one. IDK for a stacked vamo, but it's worth investigating. So just a thought.
