What was used: wide-bore drip-tip dual micro coil/cotton wick RDA of some sort on a mechanical mod. 3.7 volts and 1.5 ohms

Zeus ejuice Tiger's Blood PG/VG 60/40 12mg
J*icy Vapor Reduced PG (PG/VG mix) 0mg

Both of these were bought in July. The Zeus was a 1mL sample from Eliquidsamples.com. The JV one was bought direct from J*icyVapor in a 3mL bottle.

The nice part about the Boyfriend finally breaking down to a drip-tip, and also using cotton is that it's really easy to replace without having to wash out a tank, and recoil a wire and do a mesh wick.

Anyway, got him to test out these two tonight.

J*icy Vapor was first, and was vaped for around three hours-- refilled/dripped three times. It needed to be redripped maybe once every 45min-hour. Boyfriend would vape pretty consistently, sometimes putting it down for a few minutes but then shortly picking it right back up and vaping back to back. I vaped on it a few times just because I like the taste. Occasionally it would taste a bit perfumey, but it just depended on the draw-- for the most part I got non-perfumey flavor.

Taste: Watermelon on the inhale, and mint on the exhale.
The description for this juice however is: "Bloody Oranges with Raspberries, Ginger with a hint of Menthol"

No clue what the heck happened except perhaps they changed the recipe since July?
I'm not a huge fan of Watermelon. I felt it needed some Blueberries to make it more tasty, but that's just me. I do however like minty vapes, but Boyfriend doesn't.
Yet, Boyfriend really liked the taste of this one. He will dump out something he doesn't like after 15 minutes, so for him to vape a minty-ish fruit flavor for three hours is actually a really good indication. He did feel however on the cotton wick that it burned off more quickly than a tobacco made by a different company, and we think it might have to do with how much sweetener is in it (total conjecture.) Dripping some more in every 45 min or so wasn't a big deal though, so not a deal breaker.

Would he/we/I buy it again? No.

I'm sure he'd vape it again, but I tend to be the one who does blitzkrieg juice buying twice a year, and I won't be buying it again for two reasons:
1. There's better watermelons out there, though I will admit that J*icy Vapor's EctoPlasma is popular here, and they also do a nice Blueberry Watermelon that I've tried before. But the bigger issue is
2. "Flavor Contains Red #40 and Blue #1".
I pretty much dictate most of the juice decisions because Boyfriend only likes to vape one thing only 95% of the time, but I hate depending on one vendor because you never know when that vendor's going to change the recipe or just stop producing it-- or perhaps Boyfriend's tastes will change one day and we'll be stuck looking for an ADV (I only vape to taste stuff-- he's the vaper. But in a relationship, his pain becomes my pain and I'd rather keep him off the cigs.) Anyway, I don't get why a juice needs coloring in it-- it's fun to look at, and I'm sure that there's tons of dyes in food that we eat often enough, but since there's enough of a selection out there, I'd rather winnow down the bad stuff where I can, and fake coloring is on my list of bad things.

What was learned from this flavor: Boyfriend can vape minty vapes and like them-- which is good because I have my eye on Halo's Malibu.

Next up: Zeus E-Juice Tiger's Blood
This one was only vaped for about a half hour, maybe 40 minutes. Only applied once to a new cotton wick.

Taste: Pineapple! Fresh and juicy pineapple. Even Boyfriend's first words after vaping it was "that's REALLY pineapple-y." It doesn't taste fake. Kind of a cross between pineapple juice from the store, and biting a little too close to the pineapple core when eating it raw.
Description: "A blend of Strawberry and Coconut with a hint of pineapple create this wonderfull eliquid. "

Hmmmmm......I don't have any complaints about the pineapple, but it is a little surprising that neither one of us got anything else from it. I liked it more than Boyfriend did, but both of us felt it was too one-dimensional. Tasty for those who are looking for one-dimensional fruits, or just love Pineapple.

Reorder?: No.

What was learned from this juice: that I really like Pineapple blends. I kind of wish that I could mix what was good about each-- make it a pineapple inhale-- or a pineapple plus some other fruit or flavoring aspect, with a mint exhale and no food coloring. I didn't note vapor production because in this set-up there's hardly any. The RDA is great for taste but not for the vapor production.

Both were definitely vapeable and I didn't feel it was a wasted experience, nor did Boyfriend as he's very vocal if he hates something. I think he just got bored faster with the Pineapple version of Tiger's Blood from Zeus.
