Yesterday was my one year completed, and I so-o-o-o enjoyed coming here to find people like yourself to help me with information and encouragement. That and my gear helped me break a 53 year habit. ECF has become my sanctuary, my "go to" place.

I'll be celebrating my 3rd year in September, and there's no doubt that if I'm living at that time, I will still be 'smoke free'.

Although it was a struggle for ME during the first 2 years (2009 - 2011, due to poor equipment in those days), GOOD hardware and only a couple of satisfying flavors - combined with raising the nic from 18mg to 24mg - did the trick. Now, I vape mostly 0mg, but have a couple bottles of 6mg and12mg handy for 'party time'.

Folks still offer analogs from time to time, but I have no desire. Obviously, you don't either!

What mg nic are you now vaping, and has that changed since you began?
