I didn't think I could quit. Even when I bought my first eGo-T kit, I didn't expect it to work. I'd tried quitting many times, and nothing had ever worked, so I didn't have a lot of hope. It was just another try. And now I've gone two years without cigs and I'm convinced I'll never smoke again. For now, I'm even off the nicotine. I'm considering going back to 6mg (mostly for the throat hit) but I know I can vape nic free if I need to, because I've been doing it for several months.

The support via ECF, especially when I was first starting to vape, made a huge difference.

Thanks!

Wow that is awesome!! I just quit myself. I tried vaping back in 2010 but was not successful at quitting. Now I tried again and with the new technology, all the hassles and problems I used to have are a thing of the past. I am now smoke free! ECF SAVES LIVES :) So glad you were successful too, and are keeping it up.

I plan on getting down to 6mg when I can, but I don't think I'll ever go off nic, because I know myself too well... throat hit is where it's at! haha

Good on ya Baldr. I've been off tobacco three years myself. And, Feb 6th was my last vape. So, well onto an anniversary for that also. I smoked tobacco alittle more than 52 years, 2.5 PAD when I started vaping. I knew I could switch off tobacco to ecigs, but really wondered if I'd be able to quit the vaping for good. It took me alittle over 3 years, but since Feb 6th I done neither. Just hanging around ECF to show people that it's really possible to quit tobacco, then to quit vaping. Good Luck with your quit(s). JMHO

Cheers,
