I picked ones near us/you that deliver fast and I have bought from.I would say Eliquidplanet.com or GoodProphets.com or Nhaler.com. They are the best guys i can think of in the NY,NJ,PA area that I have dealt with. Lots of choices on e-cigs and great juice.Check the Master Coupon List for these sites,you may get a deal.Obviously if you want the best PRICES and want to wait a bit..EASTMALL.com in china..the prices are great on equipment and large volumes of juice.
litecigusa.com is in jersey shore PA, I just ordered from them on Friday night and they shipped it on Saturday, so I'll probably be getting it soon!!
