Take a look here, it's one of Zoranth's illustrations, and you'll figure it out immediately.
If you try to put Iatty base in the V2 upper body, you'll see that it will not fit, because V2 upper body is thicker than V1. The good thing is that the part with the threads is the same for both, so if you could just whet the rest of the U.B. then Iatty would fit in it. Or, if you have a spare Iatty base, you can try to make it thinner. The goal is to make Iatty base pass through the extra upper body.
Or else you'll need an extra UFS V1 Upper Body.

In any case I believe it's worth a try.

I only have 1 iatty base, which I have the tools to modify, but I wouldn't want to (don't know if I'd ever get a replacement!). I'm down to attempt grinding down a upper body from a v2 though. If all else fails, I can always just use a tiny 510-510 adapter. Could also add extra top tubes that way!
