As the rest of friends said, there is no reason to feel bad Black. If you need a replacement you will get it because you have to get it.. I want only the best for my people buddy, you know that I think:)

There it is from the master himself! This is how Imeo works his business and is a clear reason why so many of us say we are not buying a GG, we are investing in a GG. If the family or other help can't fix it and some problems cannot be fixed that way, Imeo corrects it.

Does it get any better than that? Not for me! :)

Thanks Imeo,

Bruce is already on it of course. Just wanted to try any other solutions before asking him for help.

Thank you all for the suggestions.

I'm a happy family member.

Replacement UFS has beautiful thread work. So much easier to turn the controls. Thank you Bruce for superior customer service.
COV is my go to supplier.

Chris

And THATS why I buy everything I can from Bruce, no matter the cost. What price can you put on the best customer service??????????

There's another added benefit. At McD's we talked about the Corp/Franchisees/Vendors as the 3 legged stool. It's only strong when all three are strong. The more business we do with Imeo's vendors the stronger they are; the stronger they are the better they can represent Imeo....which makes Imeo stronger so we get more products. It works to the benefit of all......

Don't buy for the sake of buying; but if you are gonna get something and a GG Vendor has it and is competitive....give them the business first.

Hey Family,

I have been trying the mothers method for 2 days now and every time I try and use the juice flow adjuster it is so had to turn and I usually end up removing the atty which means I get juice in the collection tank, which means I have to empty it completely. I have tried to optomistic but now Im convinced there is a flaw my particular juice flow piece. I'm even more concerned that I can't replace it now. It took over a month to get my UFS because Im in Canada and Im pretty sure GRBC.co doesn't have them anyways.

What should I do?

dont screw hard the small upper cap Sea and dont forget to put vaseline to the internal diameter of the o-ring under the small cap and to all other UFS's o-rings too.

Also have you made sure to lube the top o ring under the top cap? If your carto is turning when you open or close the juice controll it is usually because that top o ring is cripping the atty or carto. Make sure that top cap is loose and lubed.

Also if your juice controll is tight here is what I did. I lubed up all parts extremely generously.Lots of vasoline around the 2 rings on the connector and in the hole in the base of the juice controll and on the threads. Then assemble without a carto and work it for a while (about half an hour) to get the o rings nice and lubed and loosened up. Then pull it appart and wipe of excess lube and re-assemble with the carto.

Yes, the low numbers meant that the tubes were slightly different and you had to tell Bruce and he would send you replacements, I should have 3 pairs on their way to me -- I hope!!!

Do we have a general (or exact) idea of the range for "low numbers"?
My SSGGTS is #430... was just curious as to where I stood.

I end up unscrewing the entire thing when i open the juice tank. Im using a 510 and the cv universal drip tip to make up for not having the extender. Any thoughts on this?

There are a few things to check if this is happening.
1 Make sure when you put the atomizer on to pull out the pin a bit and completely open juice controll so you can screw the atty on completely. Once the atty is on push in the pin and close off juice controll.
2 Make sure the top o ring that goes under the very top metal ring is lubed well.
3 Make sure the top piece is not on to tight if it is on to tight it will pinch the o ring which will cause it to grip the atomizer which in turn makes it turn when you adjust the juice controll.
