Secondly, I return ALL e-mails. If I don't respond that means I didn't get it.

I do have to say I have emailed Jeff off and on before ever ordering a chuck. for close to a year.. He has always replied.. I do have to say that I work for a online company and I do know lots of times internet providers own spam filters keep messages from getting through sometimes....For instance AT&T's spam filter will not ever let my work emails get to clients because it has ONE Common word in it.... and ONLINE emails are even worse about things like that...

But Lucky we have the forums to pm if something is up...

I think I am with quakereject..:p
That .... spank I think does indeed have sumthing to do with it..:danger::danger:.(That was funny dont care who you are....quakereject.....

And glad it took to the spanken that must of worked for you...

Jeff really is a great guy..

Kind of late in posting this but, I did get a response from Jeff and about 2 hours after that response it magically started working again and I haven't had ANY switch problems since... So weird, it's like Jeff telepathically fixed it lol. Anyways, I apologize for my previous posts if they sounded like I was talking Jeff down in any way. I was frustrated and really didn't want to go back to my Screwdriver after the heavenly experience of vaping on a Chuck. Cheers :)

The first thing to do is to determine if current is flowing through the chuck.
Press the button and with a mutimeter measure the voltage. (get someone to help you, you need one person pressing the button while the other person places the metal pointers in the correct place.)

Repeatedly press the button , and see if voltage flows each time.

If there is no voltage, your chuck may be dead...
