ugo and ego and vgo atty help

As far as the mega eGo attys with the cartridges... pretty straight forward - they hold about 1.2ml in the filler. The B types hold 2x that. I eventually replaced the OEM filler with blue foam which worked fine. For me it was a taste thing. Go with the joye product for the eGo. Can't say about the other two.
