Just recieved my Trident rba in the mail and to my dismay, the 3 positive and negative post screws were not there. I checked through all the packaging and boxes to see if i missed something but no luck :( How should i approach this? what should i expect when im responded too from my ticket (still, no response)?:mad:

My personal experience is that they will respond and make it right as soon as they are able. They've grown a lot and it may take a few business days but they WILL respond!

Sorry it came that way, but the company stands behind their sales remarkably well so do not worry.

I am sure a company representative will have more comforting information soon. :2cool:

We are not open on the weekends, so you wouldn't have received a response yet if you submitted your ticket on Sunday. If you don't get a response by the end of today, you can always call and talk to a live person at any time Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm. I apologize that your Trident was incomplete. The customer service team will most likely offer to send you out a replacement Trident. If you'd like to call, our number at the warehouse is 704-624-8551.
