seems that a pattern emerged ... it might be simple coincidence to loose an odd vendor from time to time, but to keep loosing them is something a little more unusual than simple co-incidence.

i keep reading how Imeo won't allow to let his customers down too, yet it has happened very blatantly in front of our eyes, and on at least two occasions in as many months.

if I knew the problem I would have solved it earlier, before preorders Funky. Timing was not my desision. Circumstances are bad today, not yesterday. I still dont understand how this issue that happened affects the customers. If you mean that you have to wait for your money and send them again to Greek seller, I dont think that its something special. I dont see the big deal here.

I do not make that assumption, the only assumption I made is that the order details would have been forwarded, that the list of required parts would have been forwarded, in order for the required amounts to be made. I have no idea how the money is transferred between supplier and reseller.
The other point I raised was timing, Imeo made the choice to end the dealings at this point in time and not after fullfilling the orders that have been in place for months

hello Imeo ... please clarify, had production been prevented and why would it be left until such late stage before alerting customers to withdrawal of these long awaited orders.

okay i will do this and see if you can fix ... my as others, payment went through long time ago for pre-order items ...
now the time is here and we are expecting to receive when announcement comes that it will not happen.

during those past couple of months, this could have been rectified ... a full refund should have been applied a long time ago and new outlet prepared and ready to keep as close a possible to the original time frame ... and without all this unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment.

i would expect it would be quite easy to honor the original agreement or at least realize at a much earlier stage that it was beyond you.

now we would have to wait for refund, then re-place order, then wait further, and in the meantime hope you don't next dump your latest supplier.

Customer, regular customer, you know the type that spends a lot of money on YOUR products!

Instead of stating that you can't see what the problem is, why not read what people are saying here and see, maybe, just maybe we may have valid concerns here.

I do the odd review and I have done nothing but praised the GG line, I am a loss why you can't see why people are frustrated here.

The original agreement was between customers and a UK vendor. It would seem that a refund from that vendor is honoring that agreement.
