Ukrainian EGO user asks about 650mah battery MOSFET specifications to repair/replace

Good day! If anybody knows exact name/model & specifications of mosfet inside EGO 650mah battery?Mine was burned out.I know it is possible to replace. According to posts of forum user Scottbee,he managed to repair dozens of them.I cannot post directly in that particular thread and ask him a question.Pls share any useful infirmation or help to ask him.Thanks in advance and best regards from Ukraine!

I would think that if you're in there, you should be able to read it off the mosfet itself.

Thanks for reply!Correct,this is the easiest way,but MOSFET is completely burned- not possible to detect any numbers.I have checked same MOSFET inside normal working battery:it is labelled with some digits-they are uselees(some "internal" factory marking)!I heard that it is possible to replace by same stuff from cellular phone battery protection circuit,but I am not shure 100%.
