ECBlend is going to give you many options for more than a reasonable price, and they are pretty darn good as well. You also can create your own blends if you would like. Starts off at $2.50 for 5ml.
Backwoods Brew, Alien Vision, KickBass, NiteLiteVapor, Copper Creek and Pink Spot are going to be some high ranking vendors you will hear around here as well. I also really like Mister-e-liquids, FWIW.

Thank you for the suggestions, in fact I´m waiting for my order to arrive from Backwoods Brew, I have high expectations, I ordered RY4, Ejoker, Dulce de Leche and Root Beer. Since Im in south america the order has to arrive to my box in florida and fwd to me by my agent, hope it arrives in good shape.

I personally enjoyed each of those that you have ordered! Can't say for sure as far as the shipping goes. I don't think you will have any problems with them holding up during shipment. I could only assume that if they end up on a plane, the altitude may effect them leaking, but not 100%..if anything, the extra time will allow them to steep more giving you a better first impression.

They will end up in a plane for sure, My local ejuice pusher lol lost a cargo somehow, she doesnt know why probably altitude I guess as well, anyway her stuff comes from china so it's a long way to the top if you wanna rock n roll

Most luxurious - Highbrow Vapor Their pricing is actually pretty standard at 15.00 / 30ml, but their flavors are very well crafted and I'm not familiar with a vendor that offers more customizing than Highbrow. They have a customization box when you order that you can put literally any request in. Nic strength, PG/VG ratio, more flavor, more sweetener, more throat hit. I've even seen them create brand new flavors on demand for a specific customer request.

Backwoods Brew is the best I've tried so far. His tobacco flavors are out of sight. The fruit ones are good as well.
I've ordered a few from Copper Creek which were also fantastic. Their house blend is good but won't work well in cartomizers as its too dark and will clog. The sasparilla I've had from them is great.
Vermillion River sells some quality e-juice but their base leads all their juice to have a similar flavor. I was interested in Pink Spot for a bit but their prices are over the top and so I didn't bother.

Just got my first liquid from Rawr- Earl Grey ..... Got it in 100% VG, great flavor! Torture testing one carto with it, to see if it kills hardware (I've had problems with other Earl Grey flavors eating cartos and atties). So far so good. If this is indicative of their liquid quality, I'll probably try some more from them.

I'm on Rawr Vapor right now too....mmmmm boardwalk brew and adams accident.
