You're better than I am. I'm a twin and could easily forget my brother's birthday!

Well who could blame you it's your birthday too. Some people don't celebrate *coughs* AngiBe, birthdays but it's a very important day to celebrate the fact that you were born into this world because you matter.

I can't imagine a world without y'all in it. You have touched my life and made an important difference In my life. I feel blessed to have met all of you. Can anyone imagine a world where Wheezal or AngiBie didn't exist?

Ooooh, shinyitis, I just remembered Wheezal's little trinket box, I need one of those!! maybe next paycheck or the next ugh!

You have a hell of a good outlook, Evie. Keep it up. If you can be that positive about the world, you can stay positive and keep off the coffin nails. The world's a better place with people like you in it.

Cynical .......s like me may be a different story. :)

Omg I was expecting a little bit of sore, but holy cow ???

Always the back and legs from the cardio and my wrist (stupid carpal tunnel) from the weights. Not making excuses, not making excuses

I'll get back next week.

We could always do a different kind of cardio in those remedial sessions :nun:

Well, I was talking SPECIFICALLY about gym workouts. I keep that cardio routine when I go. Even if I've been getting the heart rate up otherwise.

My wrists make weights difficult. Along with some of the floor exercises I do. I have to do everything at home with no equipment because we can't afford a gym and have no babysitter around here. Every time I just look up a different video on YouTube. Yesterday was core based yoga, doesn't seem too bad when you're doing it but it's clearly effective

I stopped doing yoga because of my wrists. My wife suggests Pilates, but there are no classes when I'm not at work.

I miss the yoga, too. Those poses just didn't go well worth my CTS.

Oh most of what I did was various things lying on your back. I hate classes and showing off my less than perfect body around all those fit people anyway :p

There are 1000s of different yoga things on YouTube. If one isn't working because of my bum knee or wrists I either alter the pose to work for me, or exit that video and find another.

That's why opposites need each other! Sometimes I'm too optimistic or nieve for my own good! My husband is a cynical ba$tard like yourself, but he keeps me balanced I think. He would tell you I have to stay in my protected bubble to keep from being hurt or that I need to be kept on a leash because I'd reek havoc on this world. It could go either way.

Good grief that's no way to live. The holy Tribeca should be in every household at all times. I'll share mine
